STAGE 3 - TECHNICAL DESIGN

In this stage we go into fine detail and specification, producing detailed drawings and full written specification sheets for items such as kitchen appliances, flooring or ironmongery, which would be included as part of a tender pack going out to contractors to quote against.

We can either carry out a tender process on your behalf or give you or your team the information, so you can take the designs to tender yourself.
