STAGE 1 - CONCEPT DESIGN

In this stage we usually present to the client basic options on alternative layouts for the interiors of the property, showing some furniture positions, flooring types, basic kitchen, bathroom and cabinetry layouts.

It is important that we work closely with the client at the early stages to ensure the client is happy and we all have the same vision and direction in mind. Listening to the client is key!
